Reading the site
You can read every suggestion without an account. We don’t ask visitors for names, phone numbers or email addresses.
Counting visits
We count how many times each page is viewed per day and which website sent visitors here (for example Google or Facebook). This uses no cookies and stores no names, IP addresses or device identifiers: only the page, the date and a total. If your browser sends a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal, your visits are not counted.
When we show an announcement popup, your browser remembers the date it was last shown so you see it at most once a day. That note stays on your device and is never sent to us.
Advertising and cookies
The site shows ads through Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can turn off personalised ads in Google’s ad settings, and read how Google uses this information in its advertising policy.
Staff accounts
Teachers and editors who sign in get a session cookie that keeps them signed in. It is used only for that and expires automatically. When staff create, edit or publish content, we record who did it, when, and from which IP address, so changes can be traced.
Server logs
Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps short-term technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site running and secure.
Links to other sites
Suggestions sometimes link to other websites or files. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave this site.
Changes and questions
We’ll update this page if anything changes, with a new date at the top. For questions, contact us.
